Sorry. My table in the wiki was screwed up. The opening plenary was
supposed to be Wednesday am and not tuesday.

While I like the idea of a short plenary each morning, I  don't want
to add it just yet. It adds another time where we need a large room.
In smaller venues where the large room needs to be broken down to make
smaller presentation rooms, it may create problems.

The purpose of this schedule is to work out the days of the
conference, when and what rooms we need, and the food events. Just the
core stuff that makes up the venue costs.
