I agree with Helena and Venkatesh,

people should know how to behave without being reminded.
I think that we are not a group of teenagers in their hormone storm, 
and, in case someone still is, he must behave anyway.
Moreover, if we put too many rules on every topic, we will end up in 
writing a new body of law and I don't think it is our goal.
