[OSGeo-Conf] foss4g 2011 website & date?

Cameron,

In fact the dates were just confirmed yesterday (the venue and dates are 
locked now)...so that is why the delay.  The event will be September 
12-16, and the website will live at: http://2011.foss4g.org/
