A reminder that full proposals and initial budgets are due in 3 days 
(2011-08-21 at 23:00 UTC

No extensions will be given for this round.  Please send your proposals 
to this mailing list, in PDF format.  You can send your proposed budget 
either to this mailing list, or to me personally if you think the budget
