[OSGeo-Conf] Hotel reservation page for FOSS4g

FYI: It's very slow (almost timing out) in Chrome 13.0.782.112 on
Win7-64bit. Works perfectly in Firefox 6.0 on the same machine.

When I noticed a problem last time, it was in Chrome, but not Firefox. I'm
betting there is something about the site that Chrome's caching doesn't
like.
