[OSGeo-Conf] Hotel reservation page for FOSS4g

OK, It's a confirmed Chrome problem. That hotel web site will not open in
Chrome at all. But just opened fine (though a little slow) in IE 9.0.8112.

So there's a general head's up if anyone is still trying to book a room at
the conference hotel.

Someone working with the hotel should pass this along for their future
reference...
