Jeff,
It was also my understanding that 2012 would be "anywhere other than
north america or europe" and I feel that this is the time to amend the
RFP for 2012 to indicate this. I don't think this needs to be a very
long discussion. If need be we could put it to a vote and close a
motion within two business days. Alternatively, if there are no objections
we could just proceed.
Does anyone object to amending the RFP to indicate that this year we
prefer anywhere other than Europe or North America (as opposed to the
current Asia/Pacific)?
