Arnulf / Gao,

As requested today in IRC I have redirected 2011.foss4g.org to the
FOSS4G 2012 Wiki page.  This was accomplished with a pairnic DNS entry
and a rewrite rule in /etc/httpd/conf.d/rewrite.conf on osgeo1.

When there is a more formal web page for the conference any SAC primary
administrator can update the DNS entry.
