[OSGeo-Conf] conference-cee infrastructure

Dear OSGeo,

could we use the use for the organization of Central and East European 
event the OSGeo infrastructure? Could you setup mailing list for us? Is 
there any rule, for using the wiki? I have now created 2 pages:
