Dear Conference Committee members [1],

Today is the start
  of the question-and-answer stage
  of the letter-of-intent phase
  of the 2013 FOSS4G request-for-proposals process [2].

Your duty as committee members is
  to review the submitted letters [3]
  to review the RFP document
  to submit questions to this list, directed at one, some or all of
the submitters, and
  to submit to me the one letter you think is the best on or before April 8.
