[OSGeo-Conf] Sample Contracts for Financial Backstop

[David William Bitner]

Going under the assumption that we'll be able to work something out for the
financial backstop role for FOSS4G NA 2013, are there any sample agreements
from previous FOSS4Gs for the Financial Backstop that I could share with
our local sponsor?
