[OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4G 2012 web site

Folks,
the web site at http://2012.foss4g.org/ is good for confusion. Among
other inconsistencies it says right on the front page:

Important dates
On-site registration opens this sunday september 9th"

As I suggested before this web site should be double checked and then
finished *before* going online. It is probably OK if the sponsor links
are still empty but crucial things like the registration opening should
be correct. Until then I suggest to leave the redirect from
2012.fos4g.org to the Wiki at http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G_2012
