[OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4G Beijing Conference Participation

Great to see volunteers like Bo getting involved in the FOSS4G Beijing 
event.

Past FOSS4G events have achieved a amazing things though the good will 
and dedication of many people who stepped forward to volunteer.
