Hi Mauricio,
Good luck with your upcoming FOSS4G conference.
It sounds like it has potential to be quite successful, considering that
South America has had some great OSGeo initiatives in the past.
Something that might be useful, and you may be able to help develop, is
the FOSS4G Cookbook:

In particular, I'd be interested to have someone try our template foss4g
schedule, which has been derived from prior foss4g conferences. I'd be
keen to get feedback on if it is useful, and how it can be improved.
