[OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4G-CEE 2013 Open GeoData Hackathon

Dear friends and colleagues,
We're starting the weekend with a new announcement. We are happy to 
invite all the open geodata fans, coders and curious fellows for a new 
opportunity to socialize and talk smart at the Open GeoData Hackathon!
The event will take place on Thursday, 20th of June, on a lovely terrace 
surrounded by red roses in the center of Bucharest.
The organizers are GEOIDEA.ro and Soros Foundation Romania. GEOIDEA.ro 
stands for GEodata Openness Initiative for Development and Economic 
Advancement in ROmania and it’s a collaboration between Romania and 
Switzerland with the main objective being to improve the scientific 
basis for open geodata model adoption in Romania. For more details 
please go here [1]. Soros Foundation Romania has a general wide focus 
supporting, promoting and developing an open society in Romania. They do 
this by engaging in a multitude of various programs regarding public 
administration, public health, legislative and judiciary reform, 
education, the fair allocation of EU funds and more. The Soros 
Foundation is actively involved in the open data movement in Romania, by 
advocating, implication in various projects for raising awareness within 
the population, as well as in the authorities’ structures. For more
