[OSGeo-Conf] adapting

Hi CC,
I assume that during this Q/A phase we are encouraged to modify the
details of our proposals in order to learn from the dialogue.

How would you prefer that we capture this? Should we submit
incrementally changing proposals as we adapt to the ideas discussed
here, or submit a final summary of changes right before the vote
(probably better)?
