[OSGeo-Conf] OSGeo branding at FOSS4G

OSGeo branding at FOSS4G is very important.  The PDX chapter has had an
OSGeo booth at numerous local conferences for several years.  We often run
the OSGeo Live DVD at the booth or give a presentation with/on the OSGeo
Live DVD in the conference.   The FOSS4G booth will be like the other
booths we have run except bigger and more prominent.  We will also ask our
neighboring chapters (California and CUGOS) to help us staff the booth or
at least bring their pop-up banners so that OSGeo is abundantly obvious.
We would provide OSGeo Live in some form (probably USB).

Andrew's suggestion of inclusiveness at FOSS4G for various geospatial open
-source/data/etc organizations is a good one that PDX supports as well.
This would be done in the form that the OSGeo booth is often done at other
conferences (a limited less prominent exhibitor space is allotted, usually
for free, for student groups, non-profits, etc).  OSCON has a prominent,
larger scale, and more formalized example of this method,
