[OSGeo-Conf] Searching for Chair

Steven,
The load on committee members is v. v. low, basically annually
reviewing RFP responses, and then the occasional e-list discussion on
conference policy. I'm sure we could do more (like fill out a
conference guide) but thus far we've been easy on our members.
