[OSGeo-Conf] Searching for Chair

I never received any responses on this call for a Conference Committee
Chair.

Obviously we need to get the 2015 RFP out the door.

Will give this call for chair a few more days, until the end of the
week, and then we must think of alternatives, to get the 2015 process
moving.
