[OSGeo-Conf] MOTION: Award South-Korea with FOSS4G in 2015

Hi all,

I am only missing votes from:

* Lorenzo Becchi
* Claude Philipona

but they also did not vote on any previous motions.

Does the committee have any rules for when to move people from current to past members?

Since it’s now 2 business days, I suggest we declare this motion passed on the conference committee and move the decision up one level to the board, so the board can vote on it tomorrow at the board meeting.
