[OSGeo-Conf] Nominate David Bitner to OSGeo conference committee

Paul, conference committee,

what is the status of this motion? It seems the motion got one +1 from Cameron (and a +1 from Arnulf but he’s not part of the current members).

Also please update the page: http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Conference_Committee after motions like this to reflect who is on the committee, this will make things such as running a vote easier.
