[OSGeo-Conf] request to resign

dear all,
I've been on and off for long enough to see that I'm not really helpful
anymore.

I would like to resign from the Conference Committee.

I have plenty of beautiful memories for all the time spent around OSGeo.
I wish you to keep growing and shining as you deserve.
