[OSGeo-Conf] Please review first press release of FOSS4G 2015

For the record, the private list is for local committee members only,
plus usually myself and another OSGeo Board-appointed rep.  Sometimes
private discussions can be, very private (keynote names, who is good
bad, presentations)...so we must respect that.   Please do however join
the public 2015 list now for discussions related to FOSS4G Seoul:
