[OSGeo-Conf] Regarding venue change of FOSS4G 2015 Seoul

Hi Sanghee, 2015 team,

I also support this change, with Venka.  Thanks for updating everyone
with the details.  Having attended FOSS4G-KR also last year at the big
(very big) COEX venue in Seoul, I too agree that the decision to move
venues to the K-Hotel is smart. for cost and services.

Note that as you requested I have updated the main OSGeo site with the
2015 logo, as well as foss4g.org and also mapserver.org.  I will also
ping the OSGeo project officers to share the logo on their sites (as I
believe one of the biggest hits for the Portland event was from the logo
posted on the qgis.org site)

Keep up the good work!!!  :)  And let us know at any time if we can be
of assistance.
