[OSGeo-Conf] Call for Location 2016

Dear Conference list,

we, the FOSSGIs e.V. from germany are wondering when the official call 
for location for the 2016 FOSS4G conference will go out.

We think, that for such a big event, at least 18-20 month for 
preparation will be necessary.
