Joshua,

I'm actually trying to link you up with the organizers of FOSS4G.  They
have a similar conference structure to LCA -- each year in a new city
and a new organizing team -- but are having issues with continuity,
consistency, and shared knowledge.  As such, I thought they could use
some advice from LCA.

Kristin, can you link the chain further up?  To whomever in OSGeo this
should go to?
