After 2015-08-19, mpg will run a stage 1 voting period. Each LOI
receiving two or more votes can proceed to full proposal.
Conference committee members, ensure that any questions you've asked
are answered to your satisfaction.
LOC chairs, ensure that you've satisfactorily answered any questions.
