A good old wiki page would serve, there are many other FOSS4G-like
conferences like

- Original FOSS4G Japan conferences
- Jornadas SIG Libre (Spain)
- OSGIS (UK)
- FOSS4G Argentina (2013 and 2016)
- GFOSS.it (Italy)
- SASIG (Portugal)
- FOSS4GNA

And many others in India, Russia, France, Belgium, etc

Would be a great resource, sure.
