[OSGeo-Conf] Question Period: Recording

Dear Steven,

thanks for your advice regarding the workshops. That's what our 
experience is looking at FOSSGIS, where we have the same issue for many 
years.

Maybe not said this so clear yesterday in my answer to Paul -  costs for 
recording have been factored into our budget. So this is a "yes".
