[OSGeo-Conf] 2016 Next stage: full proposal

Congratulations to the Bonn and Dublin teams, and thank you to mpg for 
managing the voting, as well as the conference committee members for 
reviewing the letters.

Please be aware that a full proposal (including proposed budget) is due 
on 2015-02-20, in PDF format sent to this mailing list.  You can send 
the budget file direct to me at jmckenna(at)osgeo(dot)org and I will 
then distribute it privately to the committee members.

You can review the requirements and evaluation for the full proposal on 
pages 9-12 of the RFP document[1] A budget template is also available[2]

Good luck to both teams, and feel free to ask anything along the way, at 
any time.
