[OSGeo-Conf] Letters of Intent (Stage 1) complete, start of Stage 1 question period

Hi all,

Letters of Intent (Stage 1) is now complete, conservatively using AOE
time zone [0], [1].

We have received Letters of Intent from three LOCs.  I've put those in
SVN [2] and updated the website [3] and wiki [4].

The three Letters of Intent are:
Ottawa, Canada [5]
Boston, United States [6]
Philadelphia, United States [7]

Now begins the Stage 1 question period: 2015-07-30 to 2015-08-19.
Please direct any questions to the respective Chairs and LOCs on this
email list.  Chairs, you might want to be subscribed to the list in
non-digest mode so that you can respond without mangling the email
thread.
