[OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4G 2017 Bid Process

Hi all,

I would like to inquire about the bid process for FOSS4G 2017, whether the
schedule will be similar to 2016 where letters of intent were expected in
early January, or if things will be set in motion earlier. We're looking
into bidding to host the conference in Ottawa, Canada.
