[OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4G 2016 host city

Hi,
just to make this clear (thanks Peter for pointing me on this): My
sentence "playing the game as you did" meant:
"thanks for your fair play and competition".
I think I have to improve my english before FOSS4G 2016 ;-).
