[OSGeo-Conf] Meeting to finalise OSGeo Code of Conduct / Diversity Statement

Thanks for your great works!

I’m ok with your proposed CoC/Diversity Statement. And I feel it’s time to finalise first version of CoC/Diversity Statement now.
