Here is more info - perhaps we should post this on OSGeo discuss list?
This provides two passes to the conference - given the $1000+ registration
fee it is a great value if somebody from OSGeo wanted to go but did not
have enough funding available.
Please note that although the email is addressed to me I am unable to take
care of this due to my other duties related to the conference and at work.

Please note: The decorator handles ALL deliveries to the venue. There is a

I believe you ma be the best person is to reach out to for OSGeo's booth at
FOSS4G NA.

As per the governance for FOSS4G NA

OSGeo is entitled to two free full access passes and a free booth.

We have assigned booth #3 to OSGeo. It is right in the midst of the session
rooms, so should get a very nice level of traffic.

The code for OSGeo is SPOSGEO2, good for 2 full access passes.

Also, please let me introduce you to my colleagues Perri & Britta. They
manage the exhibition and can help in case you have any questions.
