[OSGeo-Conf] After foss4g 2016 ...

Dear FOSS4G Conference Committee,

FOSS4G 2016 is over. Of course, there are still some things to do, send 
forgotten stuff to people, publish videos, talks and photos, make the 
final financial overview sheet and many more things, I have no clue 
about in the moment. I just handed over the twitter account to Boston 
and also promised them to fill the "lessons learned page" in the WIKI as 
soon as possible.

In addition to this, I would also be happy to support upcoming FOSS4G 
conferences, so I already talked to Steven whether he would like me to 
join the conference committee as a former chair of a FOSS4G. And he 
agreed, but perhaps this was just a consecution of his enthusiasm after 
the Gala Event last thursday ;-)

So with this email I would like to formally apply for getting a full 
member of OSGeo's Conference Committee.
