[OSGeo-Conf] After foss4g 2016 ...

I don't have a vote, but based on your performance in Bonn, and your
*incredibly warm* and constructive outreach to us while in Bonn, I can't
think of a better committee member. We remain in awe of, and inspired by
what you and your team accomplished in Bonn last week. Like all of the
other past OSGeo chairpeople we've encountered the attitude of collecting
wisdom and best practices and helping the next in line could not be more
clear.

All the best, and many, many, many thanks for Bonn!!!
