[OSGeo-Conf] Hints about Community Program Review

As a member of the OpenStreetMap / State of the Map conference team, I
am very impressed with the OSGeo / FOSS4G Community Program Review for
initial aggregated ratings on talks proposals.

Could me please show me the way?
Any tool, process, documentation that you could recommend so that we
can run the same kind of open voting?
