Dear ConfCom,

I know that most of the votes are already in, just wanted to let you
know....

May be there is a team, that perhaps it's worth to let them make a full
proposal.
See the difficulties they had below.
So if not voted yet, please consider the LoI of them as well.

Just 2 of my 2,

Regards, Till

Dear Till, thanks for your support in the publication, we read the
bases
of the postulation of the FOSS4G 2018 that the initial step is to send
the letter of intent where the headquarters is presented, the
organizer,
the city generally and perhaps some details because we want to host the
event because it is the first to be held in Latin America.

Studied nominations from previous years FOSS4G and some had everything
in the first stage and others are not, and the latter usually won
because they presented everything in the document of the second stage
of
postulation.

Now Im out of Lima and I think this complicate my more direct
communication with OSGEO forum thought I would have more Internet
access
facilities early days but already resolved and have the support of my
team Lima.

Till, my name is Juan Manuel Delgado but for friendsm MANOLO

Best regards,

MANOLO DELGADO

PS: I sent the video we have prepared for the second phase and detailed
document from the event.
