[OSGeo-Conf] new website review and feedback from conference committee

If it helps, I have been helping a bit with the web site and have edit/author access to the beta version

The beta version has a Committees page at http://osgeo.getinteractive.nl/about/committees/ <http://osgeo.getinteractive.nl/about/committees/>, the Conference link currently goes to the http://www.osgeo.org/conference <http://www.osgeo.org/conference> page. It would be relatively simple to port this content to the new page layout (I would want to check with the marketing team before starting to do this)

Perhaps conference list members could look at the new site to get a feel for what it looks like and then suggest any changes to the content and any additional images that we want to port
