[OSGeo-Conf] Child friendly FOSS4G conferences

OSGeo conference committee,

I'd like to highlight an initiative we've introduced into the 
FOSS4G-Oceania conference which I think others will likely want to adopt 
as part of Diversity Initiatives. It is the concept of a "Child Friendly 
Conference Policy".
