Thanks Vasile.

I think this is a tricky call, but I very appreciate your suggestion. And,
I agree that there may be challenges in finding enough suitable proposals
as the world is still coming out of the pandemic. It is certainly possible
for our committee to have a stated "selection factor" for having the
conference to return to a region that has not hosted an in-person event for
a full 3-year cycle.

So, to your request for *my vote*:* +1* for having FOSS4G2023 RfP open for
all the globe
