[OSGeo-Conf] budget request

Dear Conference committee,

Since it is the time of 2022 OSGeo Budget requests should I request
the seed money and the travel grant amount or is it in charge of the
Conference committee?

I confirm the request of 60.000€ to get in two tranche (one in
february and the other, if needed, in May/June)

About travel grant do you confirm 10.000? dollars or euro?
