[OSGeo-Conf] Next Steps - FOSS4G 2024 - BRAZIL

Dear Conference Committee,

After joyfully receiving the news of the approval of Belém as the host city
for FOSS4G 2024, my team and I would appreciate receiving some advice and
tips for the next steps to be taken in organizing the event.

In this regard, we have prepared a text to announce the news. Could you
please inform us if an official communication will be made through OSGeo's
social media channels? If so, could you provide the anticipated date?

Another matter pertains to access to the social media accounts. Could you
guide us on how to access and manage the new social media platforms for
this event? Additionally, is there a standard document format and schedule
for our use in the OSGeo News feed (if available, where can I access it)?

Beyond these initial steps, we will continue to await feedback from the
advisors of this group.
