[OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4G 2024 - BRAZIL (BRASIL)

Hi Guys, today I have to send the complete FOSS4G 2024 proposal in Brazil,
but I am still waiting for the final budget of the place where we want to
propose, so I ask you to wait until Tuesday for us to include it in the LOC
Document.
