Information for 2017 here:
http://2017.foss4g.org/program/abstract-selection/
Summary:
424 abstracts submitted to the Program Committee
49 abstracts asked for consideration as academic papers, and 30 were accepted by the Academic Committee for meeting the criterion that they “would result in a good research paper”.
