[OSGeo-Conf] Vote stage 1 on RfP 2025 before 10th of March

Dear members of the Conference Committee,


The period for the voting stage 1 of the bid process for FOSS4G 2025 has ended on the 10th of March.

However, after careful consideration, we decided to extend it with 24h, as we have received below 
50% of votes.

Please, take the time to read the three letters of intent ([1][2][3]) submitted, the questions and 
answers section [4] and send your vote to me and Till (in cc).
