I'm reaching out to you regarding the Free and Open Source Software for Geospatial -Global FOSS4G.

I understand that the next conference will be held in December 2024 in Belém, Brazil.

I would appreciate it if you could provide some insights on the following:

1.           When do you anticipate starting the selection process for the destination for the next open year?
2.           When is the expected deadline to submit a bid?
3.           Is the bidding open to all member regions, or do you follow a regional rotation pattern?
4.           Could you confirm the expected decision date for selecting the next host city/country?
5.           Am I correct in understanding that only Free and Open Source Software for Geospatial -Global FOSS4 members are eligible to bid for hosting the conference?
