I don't think this will make it to the Board (I'm not subscribed) but this old page may be useful in discussions like these about OSGeo and FOSS4G finances, https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Finance_Operational_Notes#Revenue_Graphs

Best regards, Eli

Hello Codrina,

I'm glad to see the board is interested in coordination. Were any regional conference organizers involved in that meeting?

I cannot make the meeting today, but would be happy to attend a future meeting if you can provide a date and time

All the best from Massachusetts,

Guido

Hi Guido,

Thank you for your message!

This is a topic on the Board's matters to discuss for some time now. During the FOSS4G Belem F2F
meeting, we also talked about the future FOSS4G global and regional events (including the code
sprints), especially with regards to finding an acceptable annual time frame to avoid potential
conflicts in attracting sponsors and participants alike. The details of our discussion are here:

I know this is very short-notice, but if you could join tonight's board meeting I'll put the topic
on the agenda. Otherwise, if you can, we can write it down for next month.

The meeting tonight starts at 20:00 EEST (https://meet.jit.si/OsgeoBoard).

Cheers from Bucharest,

Codrina
