[OSGeo-Conf] Motion to award FOSS4G 2026 to Hiroshima LOC

Dear OSGeo Board members and Conference Committee,

On behalf of the Hiroshima Local Organizing Committee, I would like to
express our sincere gratitude for selecting Hiroshima as the host city for
FOSS4G 2026.

We are honored to host the 20th anniversary of OSGeo and the
OSGeo-organized FOSS4G conference in Hiroshima, and we appreciate the
significance of this occasion for all involved. Hiroshima, a city known for
its message of peace and resilience, provides a meaningful setting to
explore the role of geospatial technology in building a sustainable future.

We look forward to working closely with the OSGeo Board, the Conference
Committee, and the global OSGeo community to create an inclusive and
engaging conference and make FOSS4G 2026 Hiroshima a valuable experience
for all.

Once again, thank you for this opportunity. We are committed to making this
conference a success and look forward to welcoming everyone to Hiroshima.
